We ship via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Orders will be dispatched the same day if placed before 2 pm.  Orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the following day excluding weekends. Please allow 48 hours for your order to arrive. You will receive tracking information from Royal Mail once your order is dispatched.

We offer free shipping on all UK Freedom Bra & Freedom Pants orders. All other orders are charged at £2.99.

International Shipping

We ship via UPS for all our international orders. Here's our fast and reliable shipping options:

£5.99 for North America (delivery in 1 – 3 days after dispatch)

£15.95 all other countries (delivery in 1 – 3 days after dispatch)

We offer free UK returns within 14 days. If the item is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, we’ll offer a full refund and a free returns shipping label. 

Please note gift cards and pants are non-returnable.

International Returns: If you are returning from anywhere else, please arrange your own returns postage. We will process your return as normal once we receive it. See our full policy here.

If you’re purchasing in the UK, you don’t need to pay any of these duties. Your order amount will be the final price.

If you are buying our products from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to import duties, customs duties or taxes when it reaches your destination country. These are not included in the cost of your purchase from our website and must be paid by the parcel recipient.

Remember to keep your proof of postage in case you need to contact us! For international returns, please ensure the package is sent on a tracked service or make sure you keep your ‘proof of postage’.

You'll notice that we weren't able to make all cup sizes in all back sizes and that our cup size will go up to a HH for now. This is due to the way our Freedom Bra cup mold is shaped, and at this stage, we weren't able to develop it across all cup and back sizes. We're still a small company! We wish we could cater for each and every one of your sizes but will continue to develop as we grow! Listening to our customers is extremely important to us and we'll always involve you along our journey. We only launched in June 2020, and are growing fast -- we hope to be able to expand further in the future.

The Freedom Bra is made with a thin molded foam cup so that it gives good coverage (no nipples poking through!). It isn't padded in the traditional 'push-up' sense.
